Part:345X395
The Viavi (formerly JDSU) FIT-SP-1 PowerChek™ Optical Power Meter Kit is used to measure optical signal power in long-haul, metro, access and local area networks. It features a compact OPM (OP-1) with internal data storage of up to 125 test results, micro-USB port, tone detection and compatibility with FiberChekPRO & FiberChekMOBILE. The Viavi optical power meter can pair with various devices (mobile phones, tablets, PCs, and other Viavi/JDSU test equipment) via Bluetooth. It allows you to take optical power measurements, store data, import readings, generate reports, and share results via e-mail. The kit also contains interchangeable PowerChek connectors, which can be attached to the OP-1 to connect directly to bulkhead. The Viavi FIT-SP-1 kit includes: the OPM (OP-1), three PowerChek connectors (SC, LC, SC/APC), cable (USB male to micro USB male), carrying pouch and connector case.
The JDSU™ FIT-SP-1 PowerChek Optical Power Meter Kit is an innovative optical power meter (OPM) that is used for measuring optical signal power in fiber optic networks. This OPM eliminates the need for a test lead in measurements by allowing users to attach interchangeable PowerChek connectors that connect safely to bulkhead ports without damage to the fiber endface. This OPM can measure wavelengths ranging between 780 to 1650 nm, with power measurement ranges between -50 to +10 dBm with a 5% uncertainty level and a 0.01 dB resolution. Additionally, this device can handle tone detection at 270 Hz, 1kHz, and 2 kHz with auto lambda functionality, test result storage of up to 125 points, and USB functionality. The PowerChek can run for 12 continuous hours off of a Li-ion battery with a 4.5 hour charge time and programmable auto-shutoff feature. Comes with a 1 year warranty.
The JDSU™ FIT-SP-1 PowerChek includes the main unit, 3 PowerChek connectors (SC, LC, APC), USB to micro USB cable, carrying pouch, and connector case.
