The AFL Fujikura 22S Fusion Splicer Kit 1 offers the CT-30A precision fiber optic cleaver with an adapter plate, 16-position blade and scrap collectors for use with the 22S fusion splicer. It features an active V-groove fiber alignment, 9-second splicing in SM FAST mode, 11-second in SM-AUTO and 30-second automated tube-heating with single 60mm sleeve. It performs well for SM, MM, DSF and NZDS fibers, from 125µm cladding diameter/up to 3mm sheath diameter fibers with sheath clamp. The 22S offers 2000 results storage, 5-16mm cleaves length splicing, 100 splice and 30 heating modes, 2 axis 2CMOS camera with 4.7" color LCD, plus PC connection via USB.
